"My Acura is older and no longer worth much. Several shops quoted me a price worth more than the car and did sales pitches to try to talk me into it. The guys here fabricated custom brake lines and replaced a rusted out gas tank to keep my car on the road and out of the junkyard at an affordable price. Other shops refused to make their own brake lines and would only consider purchasing premade ones that cost close to $1000. They are very good at finding the best deal on parts and even gave me some scrap parts for one of my project cars. It's been a year or so and all the work they have done has held up."

"The garage deserves a 5. I graded the overall experience as a 4. I was scheduled to have the work accomplished on Monday and it wasn't done until Wednesday. Due to external factors, the part was delayed in shipment. First, the part (only one at the dealer) the garage had reserved was used by the dealer on their own customer and they had to reorder. Then the part was shipped via FedEx to a wrong location on Tuesday. Finally, the part arrived on Wednesday. The garage spent about 15 minutes installing it. They did a superb job. I really like the idea of Open Bay. I definitely will use them in the future."
