"Great service, nicest waiting room I've ever seen at a mechanic, with complimentary coffee, water or soda, cushy leather sofas and even friendly dogs who won't bother you (unless you want them to, which as a dog lover I did!) They got me right in and right out. Make sure to keep true to your appointment time and you'll get prompt service there. Mike is a super friendly guy, as are all his staff, and they make sure everything is done right. They changed my oil and rotated my tires, and reset the light for me. They exceeded all expectations, and I'll be back."

"Great customer service, pleasant they were knowledgeable, informative and solved all my issue on my vehicle. There need to be a little more communication through text, telephone or email through out the day maybe twice if they going to keep the car at a end of day. They said they call me several time but I did not receive any calls or texts and I really look at my email so when I did at 6:00 p.m. Reliable Automotive email me at 4:00 PM That wouldn’t give me enough time to get over there by 5:00 p.m. they close at 5 PM., overall everything else was great.
