"I found myself in a bit of a pickle this week when I was driving down in Burnsville and ran over a large metal stake that had fallen on the highway. Managed to make it to a gas station, found that my car was pouring out gas, and was frantically looking for an affordable tow service and repair place nearer to my home in Saint Paul. I chose R&S because of their reviews, and boy, I was not disappointed. When I first called I spoke to Jeff who was extremely understanding and sympathetic. They were able to tow my car to their shop at a very affordable rate, were very good at communicating what was going on with my vehicle, offered me a free loaner car, and the over all bill was extremely reasonable for the damage that was done (punctured fuel tank). They are super flexible and extremely helpful. Its hard to find a car repair place that is trustworthy and does good work. It's too bad I discovered them because of this incident, but I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Great service!"
