"Ok Jorge. First of all you were 30 mins late for your appointment and also you want me to inspect your vehicle for any issue that may need to addressed now or at a later date you also said you wanted to rotate tires and do a alignment. We had your vehicle on the alignment machine and then we called you cause we couldn’t do the alignment because your vehicle needed tires and other front end work which you decline so all that time for a oil change was a lie also how long did it take you to get the code to pay me think about that before you write a bad review."
