"Jack was very professional. Friendly kind and honest. My mercedes benz left me stranded and luckly his shop was across the street from the hotel i was staying at. Jack was able to help me not only to refer me to a good timely tow truck. Once he started working on my car he got it to start right away. I would say he had my car ready for me with in 45minutes. He is well knowledged and very professional.some mechanics would taken advantage of the situation and would made some untrue diagnosis,but not jack,apparently the previos mechanic left a loose fuel pump harness.therefor there was not power going to the fuel pump....i highly recomment quality car care to anyone ....JACK .
