"I took a small trailer in with like lights not working. I was charged 110 dollars just to diagnose the problem, which could’ve been easily diagnosed by any expert in 5 minuets. Something that should’ve cost me 30-40 dollars cost me 150. Not the first time I’ve felt I’ve been over charged, I’m done getting taken advantage of I’m moving my business."

"I went here for a simple alignment. They made me wait over an hour and half. After the long wait they come and tell me that they DID NOT align my car and that I had a bad Tie Rod that needed to be replaced. They wanted to charge me an outrageous $350 to replace it. I kindly refused. Then they forced me to pay $30 just because they raised the car (really?). They never notified me of this fee beforehand. Anyways I was told they'll credit me the $30 if I come back and get an alignment. Well I got the tie rod replaced at a different shop (which charged me a third of the price as these guys by the way). I decided to come back here and get an alignment from them so I could get my $30 back. Since it was over a week I was last there, I called them this morning to make sure they would still credit me that $30. Halfway through my call, as I was talking to them, THEY HUNG UP ON ME! I called one more time and THEY HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! This is outrageous. Their customer service is appalling, their prices are far too expensive, and worst of all they charge their customers fees without notifying them beforehand."

"Very rude/brusque with me on the phone when, after explaining what was going on with my car, I asked whether this was something I should schedule an appointment for or just come by. Radio silence for like 10 seconds and then just, "Uh. It just depends when you want to come in." Making your customers feel stupid for asking a question is not great business. Not gonna come here for my service."

"Does Google offer a 1/2 star rating??? Took our vehicle back (3) times under warranty for the same thing and this shop DID NOT fix the problem. If you want you tires replaced maybe they can handle the job, but if you need anything mechanically done competently STAY AWAY!!! Maybe this is what you get with independent shops, from now on its Goodyear Corporate for us!"
