"Tl;dr
They broke my windshield and it still hasn’t been replaced a month later
Full story: I recently serviced my vehicle at this location, I got an oil change and windshield wipers changed.
I came later in the day, picked up my vehicle and found a large crack on my windshield underneath the wipers, after showing them my dash cam footage they confirmed the damages and gave me a claim number so that they can replace windshield.
No one ever contacted me, I went to the store multiple times and they advised I had to call the customer service number for an adjuster to inspect and fix the damages, which I had already tried multiple times I can’t get through to anyone and the issue remains on going for now almost a month.
It’s a hazard they seem not to care about the negligence their store caused. It’s sad that I have to post a review to get their attention!

"This place is run terribly and is just subpar. They took 6 hours to do an installation of 4 tires. I had to constantly call, wait, hang up, and call again to talk to anyone about the status of my vehicle. Miguel the manager told me it would be done in a "few hours" six hours, almost a half hour spent waiting on the phone, later they tell me 9 cars were ahead of me. Find another place unless you'd prefer to have rude, and incompetent people wasting your time. They are just as expensive as any other franchise shop, but what makes them worst is just how little they care about customer service."

"Every time that I need to go to 2721 Stirling Road store I regret so much. First when they say 1hour of service, you ending up wanting two and a half hours. Second there are hidden fees that they never inform you beforehand. This is totally illegal. I'm paying a flat price for a service. Why do I get billed for that extra$ 2,50? All other PepBoys stores never charge this."
