"I had an appointment early in the morning, to mount a single tire. I had already purchased the tire. When I called to make the appointment I was told it would be 20 to 30 minutes to mount the tire. Thats normal and was cool with it. Upon arrival I was told it would be an hour give or take. Still no big issue. It took over two hours to get the single tire mounted and balanced. I cant speak for the rest of the services, but good lord. I can't imagine having an entire set put on. Note: this was also not a busy day."

"If you have a Mercedes don't bother. I brought my 2015 for an oil change because I was going to trade it in. When I went to picked my car the manager said that they couldn't reset/clear the maintenance service message. He stated that they watched multiple YOUTUBE videos and couldn't get the service light to go away. He said that when this happens they recommend customers to go to a dealership to get the service message reset. First off, YouTube? Aren't you mechanics? What an inconvenience. So I payed and left. I went home and googled and removed the message myself. That makes me a qualified Pep Boy "mechanic""
