"I had made an appointment to purchase and install 4 tires for the third time in 10 years. Took the car in at 9:30AM for a 10AM time slot. After 5 and a half hours later they called me to say that a wheel lock was needed to get the tires installed. I had already mentioned that I did not have any key for the locks and they told me that THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM. At the time of their call 5 and a half hours later I was informed that there would be a $64 per tire fee to get the locks cut. How come the two other times there was no charge, was my comment. The associates on duty did not have an answer for me. I basically wasted my entire day and got nothing accomplished."
