"I just went to Pep boys and the people there were so nice. I'm sorry I didn't get a name, but the person who waited on me installed my windshield wipers (I bought them somewhere else) for free!!!! He was so nice. I think it's a great store and will go back. I am sorry, no name. Tall nice looking guy with dark hair. What a dunce I am!!! Everyone else also seemed very nice and knowledgeable."

"I love Pep boys. They have everything you need to keep your car clean and organized. The employees are so nice and knowledgeable. I always find something I need. Prices are good. I went to Pep Boys to replace all my car safety equipment used during hurricane Irma evacuation. Pep Boys had everything on my list, and the nice saleslady helped me find it all! Very satisfied. Update 2/16/20, my car battery died. Got a jump start and came to Pep boys!!! Fabulous service! Super friendly staff. $20 mail order rebate! Great experience. I will be coming here for my oil changes etc from now on."

"I was already having an unfortunate day and really needed my spare traded out in a hurry an hour before closing. I went in and asked if it was possible to swap the tires on my spare and without hesitation James Turcious assisted me and asked for the tire to bring out back. He had it done in under ten minutes from start to finish. I thought it was very nice that the service manager took the time to help me."

"So I had a 10am appt therer one day and it was an hour and half later and my car was not up yet to even be serviced. I asked the guy and he said about 20 more mins. I came back half an hour later and still not up on lift. I was quite mad. I asked for my keys back and I left. 20 mins later I got a call from the manager. He asked me to come back and he would comp me part of my services. I went back and got my stuff done and paid almost half the price.
I means a lot to me that they owned up to their mistake and they honored me as a customer. For that...I will continue going to PB for my car care. They always tell me straight and they never over charge.
