"Did a walk-in a few weeks back with a flat tire. They determined that the flat was not repairable. Also, the tire is an unusual size, so none of the manufacturers they carry could supply a replacement. I had to go online (Amazon) to purchase the replacement.which I promptly brought to Pep Boys for mounting and balancing. Good service and the price was reasonable. Good job. 5 stars!"

"This location is a big improvement from other pepboys I've been to. Went in and was greeted immediately by Martha and Chris. They answered my questions right away and even gave me helpful tips on removing tree sap from my windows. They were very helpful. Excellent customer service from both. Will definitely be stopping in more often!"

"Tried to tell me I had a bad tie rod-- when told the total and I hesitated, they told me it could "maybe wait" but would "need to be done soon." Got a second opinion-- absolutely nothing wrong with any of the tie rods. Makes you wonder what else they lied about.
Not to mention it took them nearly five hours to fix my brakes, they were cagey when I asked questions about the other repairs they were doing, and customer services associates at the front desk were both maskless and rude (one wouldn't even look up from his phone long enough to acknowledge that I'd walked through the door).
I don't know about other locations, but these guys are skievy and I wouldn't trust them with a tricycle."

"Had oil changed done got premium oil next day checked dipstick it needed a quart of oil stopped by for top off they top off with off brand oil when you pay for premium $61.00 you expect better be careful where you go for your oil changes."
