"A little pricy and. Customer service could be better but. The techs are good they got my ac up and running so it was worth it maybe i could of got it cheaper. But not as fast. So im ok!!!"

"They will have almost every car part that you're looking for. They'll even install it for you. They only problem is the wait time. I took my sister there to buy a replacement tire and we had to wait almost 2 hours for them to put the tire on her car!!! It shouldn't have taken that long. Especially since I did half the work by removing the flattened tire and placing the donut on her car. And I did that all done with manual tools!!! Helpful staff, but they need to work on their wait time."

"Horrible customer service.
I got brakes done about a week ago front/back. I notice a squeaky noise but thought I’ll give it a day since these are new. Three days later the noise still continues. Have to go back. Waste of time and money. This should of been done correctly the first time.
Be prepared to leave your car for more that the time they give you. If they say 3 hours it will be more like 6hours."

What started out for me as a very bad experience ended up being a very good one thing he manager mad things right and showed that he valued me as a customer he went above and beyond to do right by me and his efforts were clear. This is a platform that you can make someone look good or ruin there reputation people always make mistakes but before you blast them on social media you should exercise all options with the managers and understand that what you say can make or break them.
