"Avoid this Pep Boys. They had only 1 mechanic working with 8 cars up on lifts. Had an 11 am service appointment and at 11:40 my car was still parked in front where I was told to leave it. The service manager charged me the full price for the visit despite my car never being touched and my telling him I cannot wait all day and leaving."
