"I have my 2012 Volvo S60 serviced there and they do an outstanding job. They may not have a state of the art waiting room with snacks and coffee and high def TV (guess who is paying for that) but the service is tremendous. They explain the issues in a way that you understand and I have found them to very respectful and courteous. Fortunately, I have not had any major issues with my vehicle but I would not hesitate to use Paul's for anything. I find the prices to be quite good, certainly less than dealers and other service shops."
