"Have been to many car dealerships the past few years and not a single one compared to Patrick Mazda. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond expectations from online communications with Annie, in person sales with Larry, and finalizing the paperwork with Aaron. Everyone was able to answer all of my questions and not once pressured me into anything. The staff made the buying process very efficient, timely, and smooth. Not to mention, they had the best prices in the greater area. I will continue going back to Patrick in the future even though there are other Mazda dealerships closer to my home!"

"Stay away. I bought a 2018 Mazda Certified CX-5 here three months ago with 16,000 miles and an inspection report stating the brakes had minimal wear. Within one week of a daily highway commute to work I noticed the brakes pulsating and the seat vibrating when lightly applied at highway speeds. I asked the dealer to check the brakes when I brought it back for the inspection sticker. They resurfaced rear rotors and problem was reduced but not eliminated. They said they would call back after checking with sales manager about replacing rotors. When they didn't I called them. They said they replaced rear rotors at no cost since I literally just purchased the vehicle. A month and a half later the same vibration, far worse, reappears, and the entire steering wheel shakes when brakes are lightly applied at highway speeds. I ask them to check brakes and tires when doing an oil change. The service manager calls and asks me if I use both feet while driving. Unbelievable. Then she proceeds to tell me the front brakes are worn down to a dangerously unsafe level and front rotors are damaged. The bill is over $500 just for the brakes which is not covered by their "bumper to bumper" warranty. Oil change was $80 more. Either their brake safety report was an out and out lie at point of sale or Mazda has a major safety defect that should trigger a recall. The service manager told me I could call their manager. I told her I'd be writing the attorney general. Selling a car with unsafe brakes is actionable. Charging a customer $600 for reoair work within three months of purchase is outrageous."
"Not a pleasant experience with Larry , wont be back for sure. Doesnt know how to listen and making dumb comments that made us feel uncomfortable. He was also slow in the head and if you challenged him he would take offense...2 stars instead of 1 is because of how fast they came up with the numbers and not wasted our time."
