"Openbay is an amazing service, they just have to get more providers on board which was the problem I had here. As soon as I got there to drop my car off they were rude, telling me that I had to give them the code, then rushed me out the door and didn't even listen to what I had to say about the car. The whole process was just messy because they had never used it before etc. "

Looking for state inspections they take for ever. The guy at the front said it would take 20 mins. I asked him at 40 mins what the status was and said another 15 mins.
Ended up being 1hr 17 mins
