"Here is my explanation. My appointment was set up for 9/12/17 at 9 AM initially. The mechanic or someone texted me to postpone it to 1:00PM. I said I am fine with it and moved to 1:00PM. Then mechanic texted me that he will be late by 15 minutes and I said I am OK with it as I was at home and wasn't doing anything special on that day. The mechanic came and I was there standing with him every second of it. On the Openbay, it showed me following things in the service and I have marked "YES" or "NO" to the right of it which means whether mechanic has performed those things or not. I really had a bad experience with this. The worst part is when he tried to reset service reminder light, he could not figure it out and he felt that he will need a scanner to reset it and he told me that he will be back in few minutes and he never showed up. I called him and texted him few times but never got any reply from him. That is completely unacceptable. I received a discount with my service but I did not want it. I wanted everything which was committed by Openbay. I was so exited initially because I really wanted to try this new experience but ended up as a worst experience ever.
