"This was my first attempt to use the service. The repairman showed up with no brake pads. Said he did not have time to order them but he expected me to pay the $60 service charge. He did check the car out and said I did need break pads for the rear. I got another price and rescheduled. He can back yesterday, started to work , but after taking the wheel he off , he was unable to get another part loose and told me I will probably need an additional part. He was very vocal about his disappointment with Outabox co. Lots of complaints because he knew he would not going to be paid until the job was finished. He complained about how far away he had to drive and was discussed. I did not care to hear all of that!!!!! End results, he could not finish the work. I had to take my car to another repair shop this morning. I am a State Farm agent staff person and I will not be recommending the service to our customers. I do want to be sure no charges were made on my card as I did not provide the payment confirmation code. And I have not received a follow up call from anyone.
