"@AaronGibson He made the experience incredible! I wasn't sure what I could afford and honestly thought I wouldn't have been driving off the lot in a new vehicle. He made the process easy and welcoming. I was nervous as a first time buyer. I am so happy with my Frontier it fits me perfect for comfort and needs! Thank-you Team Nissan!"
"How lucky are we? We found Team Nissan's Zach Josephs and Justin Shockley in the nick of time! Just made a terrific lease deal and are happy with both the beautiful 2016 Rogue and the professional way they treated us. We were in the process of turning in a lease made with our current dealer in response to all their "come-ons". As this would've been our 3rd lease with them, we were hoping they'd work to stay within our budget and meet us part way as we'd gone well over the mileage, however we left disappointed and feeling no benefit from the 6 year relationship. The next day we saw the mailer from Team Nissan showing their special offers, and decided to call to be sure we'd read it correctly. My husband spoke to Zach Josephs who encouraged us to come in to discuss the offers. Zack and Justin Shockley really listened to us, and worked diligently and with transparency to get us to a deal we could afford. They worked closely with Sales Manager Rob and Finance Manager Jacob Clark, all four of them staying well after closing time to make it happen. We drove away in our new Rogue the same night and couldn't be happier! Team Nissan provides great customer service, with the added benefit that Zack and Justin are knowledgeable AND entertaining! Looking forward to working with Team Nissan for years to come."
"(Updated 8/1/2016). Please READ MY REVIEW Before going here! After a year of having NOTHING but problems with our fully loaded SL Rogue (Brand new off the floor) Nissan graciously purchased the vehicle back from us. What is really sad is that according to the Rep that assisted us they did it out of Good Faith as a long time Nissan/Infiniti owner. They did state they felt this dealership dropped the ball and even referenced past issues with other consumers. (Google this dealer) Also please look @ the other reviews as almost ALL of them have NEVER reviewed anything BUT this dealer...Smells of fishy Baiting! We moved away from Nissan and it will most likely if other be MANY years before ever returning thanks to this horrible experience for my entire history please read below. Initially, the buying process was smooth. Last year my wife wanted the new Rogue so I purchased her the SL fully loaded. Well, 2k miles later on the car and the sunroof starts rattling like it was going to fall on us. So we bring it into the service department they said they “fixed”. However, it was never fixed! They just greased it. Now let’s skip ahead 8k more miles close to 3-5 months. The sunroof is still rattling the XM kept kicking out and the car shook like crazy when breaking from 70-. Nissan National sent out a tech they couldn’t figure out the XM (which was eventually fixed from XM doing a refresh) but they fixed the rotors (resurfaced @ no charge to me…THANKS!) and said the sunroof was good to go (mind you after 6-8 service visits trying to get it fixed). Well, while I my wife and I took it for a small trip up north it started again. At this point we were not happy a total of 12 service trips to TEAM NISSAN and it’s still not working right (Yes they did replace the sunroof and the assembly completely it didn’t fix anything). Now the best part! Nissan Manchester suggest that we go through the Lemon Law Process (I have owned a Skyline a M37X, G35X and never have any of the Infiniti Dealers I dealt with ever suggest just giving up) But! Team Nissan says go ahead through the process with Nissan National they believe they will replace it ( the catch here is they know it is going to takes months to make a decision which burns time off your warranty and them having to actually fix the dang car). Well, Nissan says NOPE sorry we aren’t buying it back. Now let’s fast forward to winter of 2015-16. Our sunroof is rattling as though it’s going to fall on our head and there is a loud noise coming from the front left shock. I bring it back they say “oh the shock is fine it’s just making noise we will order a new one”. Where does a company just say “it’s fine but we’re going to replace it”. So they replaced the shock and I complain about the noise from the sunroof again they tell me they can no longer work on the sunroof per “Nissan International”. However, I call Nissan International they say that isn’t true they will send a tech out to have the car looked at again and if it can get fixed “we will go from there”. Here is the bottom line. This place is easy to buy from and hassle free. The saleswomen was great of course “my trade in was low” that’s nothing new and I take from their cheesy commercials the managers are working hard for their bottom dollar and that is it! Once you drive off that lot they don’t care! I spoke with the manager once and he literally told me that my car that we purchased a YEAR ago was worth 15k BELOW value and that if I wanted to trade it in they would “work” with me. However, I’m not some poor slump I purchased this car because my wife liked the look of it. We will NEVER purchase another NISSAN again. I would avoid this dealer at all cost!"
"I stopped by to start my new car buying search and wanted to look at the Juke. ~ @11:40 Wednesday end of month! NO ONE comes out to the lot to greet/assist me. like a ghost town. look/wander the lot for 10 minutes with no Sales representative in sight (BTW no rain, not hot either). Don't these people work on commission? Last time I purchased a car, I had barely stepped out of my current car and I had a sales rep asking me how they could help. gonna have to look somewhere else."
"What an experience!! I live in Nashua NH. Peter's Nissan of Nashua is right around the corner from where I live and initially i went to Peter's for the convenience in location of the dealership. Peter's gave me their "best price possible" and I felt they were not being honest. I compared that offer to Team Nissan and they blew Peter's offer out of the water. The price they offered me was over $20 less a month than Peter's. I called Peter's back with the offer Team Nissan offered me and they all of a sudden could match that price. Out of principle I went to Team Nissan as they gave me the best price the first time and they weren't playing games like Peter's was. Once i arrived i was greeted by Nick Croteau and his Sales Manager. They exceeded every expectation and i was in and out with a new Rogue in less than an hour. I recommend Team Nissan without reservation. Thanks again Team Nissan!!"
