"I went there for oil change, The guy comes to me and asked me whom I did oil change with last time I said Honda Dealer. He said Honda Dealer messed up your threading for your car oil pan, so new pan will cost you about $501 or there is a temporary fix that we can plug something in for $20.00, so it won't leak a lot, but we don't no how long it will last long. I went for temporary fix. While I was leaving guy asked me again are you sure last time you did it from Honda Dealer? I said yes and I offered him that I can prove you with receipt. He told me to take your car to Honda Dealer and see what they suggest. He took me to the car and explain me the problem. The reason I give them three star whenever I go to Honda Dealer they also do multipoint inspection and come up with what ever they suggest, while I am on the front I don't know what is going on in the back. It is hard to tell whom to trust. "

"Hi Mohammad, Thank you for bringing your Civic into us for Service. I am sorry we had to be the bearer of bad news about your stripped out drain plug but it was something you needed to be aware of! We see this type of damage more often than you would think. This type of damage usually happens after service at a bigger franchise store. They hire beginner level technicians whose only job is to change oil and do basic inspections so they can sell you additional services that are oftentimes not even necessary. In your case, they overtightened and stripped out the threads on your oil pan and drain plug. Our technicians are highly skilled, the same guy who changed your oil is also capable of engine replacements. When you bring your Civic in for your next service, we would be happy to do a multi-point inspection for you. Hope to see you in the near future!"

"I really liked this place! The service was fast, the staff was great, and the prices were affordable. They even saw me a bit earlier than scheduled! I do recommend moving the waiting room away from the door entrance, it was a tad cold. I had asked for a detailed summary of the service provided and got one but it was missing important warrenty info. I'm sure I shouldn't have any problems but I do keep an accurate history of work done and this was one of the few things I was in need of but did not get. Otherwise in coming back for sure."

"Thank you for your review and feedback. Sorry, the warranty information was not presented on the Openbay invoice. The serpentine belt we put on your Prius comes with a 3 -year warranty. All the parts we use for repairs come with a minimum 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty. If the manufacturer offers a longer warranty, like the belt we put on your Prius, we match the labor warranty to the manufactures part warranty. Our apologies that it was a tad cold by the entrance, we do offer additional seating across from our service desk in the middle of the showroom, perhaps that would be a warmer location for next time.
