"Brought my Mercedes Benz to National Auto Repair for an Inspection and I have to say the service is a perfect 5 stars out of 5! I spoke with AK and let me tell you, this guy handled 6 customers including me at the same time in different parts of the shop and not once did I feel like I was waiting too long for anything I needed, as I feel at other shops. He had me in for the inspection pretty fast and my car passed with flying colors. I also got an estimate for a problem another shop said I have with the car, but AK literally told me that the issue that the other shop was talking about was false and sat me down and proved to me that my car was fine with a live example saving me alot of money! Thats what you call great and amazing service. I will be bringing my car and future cars here from now onwards. I was treated like family and that’s what I want when working with a trusted auto shop. Thank you for making my first experience the best!"

"Be aware of these my first and last last visit. My car had a check engine light issue, so I took it there for the first time to get it fixed. They asked me to do a diagnostic without even knowing the problem. I agreed and told them to go ahead and clear the check engine light and fix my car. They ended up charging me $290 for just clearing the engine and said it was a coolant pipe bypass valve issue. I thought it was fixed, but after driving for 30 minutes, the same issue came back. I called them and they told me to bring it back. One person said it was an electrical issue and asked me to come back tomorrow, while another person said I needed to change the second pipe. I was so confused about who to listen to. They promised to call me the next day, but they never did. When I went back, they told me I needed to install another part. 😒 "Can't catch a break with my car! 😩 Took it to the mechanic to clear the engine, but turns out they want me to pay almost the same amount to change the second coolant pipe. If the check engine comes back, they'll replace the whole engine! 😱 Asked for a refund on the labor money since they couldn't fix the issue, but they refused. Regretting going there, they practically stole my money! 💸 And to top it off, my check engine light is still on! 😡 Lost $290 and the same problem persists. Why didn’t they disclose the entire issue upfront? It’s ironic how they expect me to estimate the cost without all the information. This lack of transparency is concerning. Worse experience ever.I’m so frustrated from this experience"

"I asked for a quote over the phone for break pads and rotors being changed out and the staff were able to confirm pricing over the phone and take care of my issue within a couple of hours. Everyone at the shop was kind, personable, and professional. There was no attempt to upcharge in a way that I have experienced at other auto shops. I would definitely drop by and will have future auto care done at this location. Very happy with their work!"
