"I wish I could give Brandon 100 stars! I've owned/driven BMW's since I was 16 and have been bringing my cars to Brandon for at least a decade and I have never trusted anyone more than I do him. He's an expert with German made cars and I've never once had a negative experience. He's very kind, thoughtful, thorough and genuine, but most importantly, he's honest. If your vehicle has an issue that is concerning, he'll explain it to you and if your vehicle is doing well, he'll send you on your way. We all know the stereotypes given to car dealerships and mechanic shops, but you don't have to worry about any of that when you put your vehicle in Brandon's hands, he'll make sure that you and your family are taken care of and safe on the road. "I used to take my Porsche Cayenne to a dealer for all services for peace of mind where I purchased it. I thought they were fair although I knew the fees were higher for the sake of peace & security. The reasons I thought it's definitely time to move on was 1) whole service attendants were replaced, and I noticed big difference at once from the previous people. 2) Quality of service dropped. They failed to detect & inform me before the pads wearing too much. I previously replaced all four brake rotors & pads, so I asked them to remind me of the pads before too late. But they didn't take any responsibility for failing to inform and charge the full price. The previous manager & crews recognized my loyalty & made some adjustments, good gesture. 3) I felt there no appreciation & respect for loyal customers from new personnel. 4) seems the entire company policy changed. Prices went up. When I finally decided not to return to them ay more, this dealership was promoted to be a Premier Porsche Dealer? Go figure? At any rate, I was very happy to find Brandon of Autobahn West. He is one rare and one of kinds and very hard to find who is very honest, knowledgeable, true, explain concisely, so easy to understand of problems, very responsive, prompt. What more can you ask of truly honest mechanics. If you have Porsche, any German cars, without doubt, go to Brandon. You won't regret it but very happy. No brainer. Highly recommend him. Mark April 14, 2018 Another Excellent & Amazing Services & Cares Since I started going to Autobahn about a year ago from Porsche dealership services, there's nothing but reasonable, honesty, sincerity, trustworthiness of Brandon, Manager there. I'm very happy to find them. A couple days ago while driving back from Lone Pine on 395 & just before getting on I-15 in Victorville, I heard & felt like a hammer pounding center console area from the bottom of the car and it vibrated the whole car & scary. I slow down and it stopped. Then I called Brandon & told him what's happening. He immediately said he knows what it is and advised me to drive gently and assured I'd be able to drive home about 100 miles away. I told I'd leave my car at his shop if I made it. I drove very gently and fortunately made it about 6:30pm. Luckily, he was still there working late. I told him I have a plan going to Vegas next day & asked to get me a rental car. He asked what time, I said I must be there by 7pm. He said he'd have my car ready by noon next day, so no need to rent a car. He ordered a part, the drive shaft right away before I left and had my car fixed & ready to go before noon next day as promised. I drove to Vegas, and my car ran smoothly like brand new. I couldn't say enough about Brandon & his team being great. The best thing about him is honesty & trustworthiness that give me peace of mind, not to mention prices are very reasonable. After a tow truck and a (semi-frantic) phone call, Brandon made the time to spend several hours on a Saturday afternoon to replace my starter and got me back home in the same afternoon.
