"Avoid like the plague. Dropped my car off to have transmission checked. The work they did: ran a computer scan. The amount they charged: $65.00. 10 minutes of "diagnostic" work for $65.00. They did not inform me before I left the keys that there would be a charge if no work was performed. Would recommend Advance Auto Repairs instead - great/honest/affordable service and they are upfront with everything. When I asked Sam why he didn't inform me of the $65 charge before I left the keys, he said "I didn't ask." - customer service at its finest. "
