"This service center is horrible. My vehicle was in the shop for 9 business days and absolutely nothing was completed on it except a diagnosis. I never received a phone call, pictures, or updates from the sales rep like he informed he would do. I had to call and get the status on my vehicle which should have never happened This service center did not treat me or my vehicle with a sense of importance. Obviously, I truly do not recommend anyone going to Milsread."

"I always take my RV here for service, and probably will again. They lost their 5 star rating with me because it took 2 months to service my unit. It seems like nothing got done until I’d call, then I’d hear about the problems they were having. Nothing would happen after that until I called again and got a fresh set of excuses. Finally I stated calling everyday and progress was finally made.
On the positive side, they do good work and I’ve never had a problem with my vehicle."

"I had some warranty work completed on a personnel lift installed by Milstead. The service was excellent as usual. They were professional and answered any concerns. The only problems were due to the personnel lift company and getting the replacement parts for the lift."

"I have had 2 18wheelers in this shop. Both have come back with dead batteries because the sat in there yard for way to long before they started the repair. Like 2 months to long. When I eventually got both back,they had to be sent back for same exact problems I took the in for. Almost like they did nothing but clear the codes and tell me it was fixed. I would not recommend them to anyone for heavy truck repair"
