"warning: do not take you vehicle here- not even for an oil change. I had an oil change done because I had a 49.99 coupon. worst mistake ever. A day after the oil change the heat shield came loose under the vehicle. When I called to address this the mechanic told me that was impossible because they didn't have to remove it to do the oil change- this was not true, as another mechanic told me it absolutely was removed to access the oil Pan. Further evidence OF the removal was the plastic undercarriage was torn apart and not put back together properly. A few days later I was traveling with my family including my 5 year niece- when the car began smoking wildly ON the busiest highway in my area. TRUCKS BLARING BY AT 80mph!We pulled over on a dangerous shoulder and had to get out for fear it was going to blow up- oil spilled out from under the car everywhere. After the cops and tow came and the car was taken to be repaired - turns out the OIL PLUG- was never screwed in properly and at high speed it was forced out. Upon contacting Midas- ha! All they wanted to do was offer a free oil change. No apology and no responsibility. We could have been killed due to negligence. if they cannot perform a simple oil change how can anyone trust them to do any work On a car- oh I forgot to mention-the laundry list of recommended repairs they gave me- none of which were actually necessary- be smart, take it somewhere else."

"Another Midas rip off artist. Had to have a new exhaust system put on a 2004 Nissan Armada. I was charged for 2 tail pipes. Caught it on the receipt a couple of days later. The guy called me after the work was done and wanted payment when I was at work and they were closing. I told him that I took out cash and he wasn't getting any card number over the phone. I paid the next day. I was told that I would receive my money back in a check. It's been almost 2 weeks. Making a call right now. Who makes a mistake about tail pipes when you do this repair every day?? DO NOT GO THERE! THE MORE YOU TALK TO THESE GUYS THE MORE DISHONEST YOU CAN SEE THAT THEY ARE!"

"I loved the service I received, the guys did not stop looking for what my issue was and worked very hard on my vehicle. Best shop I have been to and was out in about 2 hours. If I need repairs I will definitely be coming back here"

"This is a very bad workshop, they do not fix your problem and they only tell you that you need to fix another problem, but the problem you want to be fixed is not fixed. I paid for an alignment and they left it the same and they told me to fix something that had nothing to do with it. don't line it up for 120 and they told me. come back if you want we fix the problem and we don't charge you for the problem they only charge me 350 and the piece costs 70 of good quality"
