"Great experience buying my outback from metro west. They were able to price match from another dealer but best of all they were all so pleasant and accommodating throughout the buying process. In particular, David Spinney was wonderful. He went out of his way to help us when we could not get the plates on time. He not only dropped me back home but also picked me up to take me to the dealership. Amazing! Highly recommend them."

"I recently had to bring my Legacy to MetroWest to have a popped tire replaced. Since tires can be pretty expensive, I called around to a couple places to check prices. When I called MetroWest, I spoke with Joe and he was INCREDIBLY helpful - he was upfront with the pricing and didn't try to hide different fees or charges that would be included in the total price. He didn't question why I was calling for a price or give me a hard time when I didn't know everything about my tires - he even went above and beyond to go outside, check his car/tires since we had the same model to make sure that I was given the correct information. To get the appointment made, I had to call a couple of different times since I was trying to coordinate my own schedule and getting my car to the shop. I spoke with Joe each time and he never once sounded frustrated with me being a little all over the pace and helped me immensely each time I called. I did end up dropping my car of that day and was told it may take a couple days since they were technically booked for the day - completely understandable since I had called at 4pm on a Monday and was trying to get service right away. I was prepared for it to take at least a day but I got the call the next morning around 9am that everything was taken care of. I was incredibly impressed with the service throughout the whole experience. When I dropped my car off, Joe walked through the damage with me while I expressed my concerns and set my expectations as far as what would need to be done and cost of it all. When I picked my car up, I dealt with two other staff that I didn't catch the names of but they were also incredible. I had asked about a missing part to my car jack set and they helped me figure out the best way to get a replacement at the best cost. I can't say enough about my experience here and the staff that helped me! To top it all off, the total cost was a little less than what I was initially quoted which is an extra bonus but certainly not expected. Thank you all so much!"
"I had my passenger airbag replaced today (it was a recall) and my experience working with Chris was super easy and friendly. I asked about having my car serviced while I was there and he said it would be no problem and that he'd try to have them work it into the 3 hour time window for the airbag. Not only was the whole servicing only $75 - for an oil change, tire rotation, and an internal inspection - but Chris also called me an Uber to get to and from the Natick Mall. They didn't make any other service recommendations for me to have done, which means they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! I will definitely be taking my car back there for servicing when it needs it."
