"First of all the service was OK. However, when I entered the store I told to front desk guy that I had an oil change appointment from Openbay. But I think he had no idea about what Openbay is. He took my information and told me that the car will be ready in half an hour. When they completed, he gave me a receipt for $28.60 and asked for the payment. And I said I already made the payment from Openbay. He didn't understand what I said and talked to his manager. This time they gave me a receipt with the amount of my Openbay payment which is $35.81 and I just signed it. In short, I could just walk in that place without an appointment and get my job done for about $7 less if I hadn't use Openbay. I would expect the service providers and Openbay be more honest about their job. "
