"Big fan of this place. Used to go to Jiffy Lube, they were too expensive. This Provo Meineke has been my go to for the last year and I’ve been super impressed every time! Cheap, fast, super friendly, and the staff aren’t abrasive at all. While waiting, I’ve seen Lindsey (the owner) interact with many customers and I’m always very impressed. UPDATE: Still coming here with 3 vehicles. Today, I brought them an older van with some problems for a quick oil change (always such a good price.) The emergency brake light on this van ALWAYS flickers on and off while driving, even if it’s disengaged. I never mentioned this issue. As I drove away after the oil change, I noticed the light was gone. The e-brake now feels smooth when engaged. These guys are amazing - they noticed a problem, fixed it, didn’t charge me, and didn’t even mention it. This shop is too good."

"My a/c went out & I called around to get it fixed, everywhere else was booked out for like 2 weeks! I called these guys & they were able to get me in that day & had it fixed within a cpl hours, they did amazing! The gals at the front desk were very helpful & did a great job. I’d definitely come back to have repairs done on my truck."

They don’t try to talk you into unnecessary repairs, yet give you as thorough of a diagnostic of your vehicle as possible in the time they have. The prices are great, especially when they have specials, & they can be trusted to take good care of your vehicle. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable & helpful & the mechanics take extra time to check things specific to your needs. They provide pictures & extra details with what they find could need repaired to show they aren’t just trying to drain your wallet on things that don’t really need fixed. We appreciate their honesty & how well they accommodate us waiting on our car- having snacks & color pages for the kids helps a lot to keep them patient!"
