"The shop got my car in and out very quickly but charged 2 ‘units’ of labor at $110 each for a simply welding 4 inches of pipe over a rusted out flange in my exhaust. They cut the old flange off, cut a new piece of pipe and welded it over the gap... i dont see how that labor adds up to $220 and they only had the car for 45 min from approval to do the work to completion... and the weld is pretty sloppy with a few chunks of welding wire hanging off. Again, they turned it around very quickly which i appreciated but man do they charge a lot for labor! Ill post a photo of the work when i can get back under my car."

"My husband and I have been going here for more than 20 years. I have had several different vehicles that they have serviced. The repair work is always done well, on time and a fair price. They are busy because they have a good reputation in the community. Tell them what is wrong, drop it off and they will do a thorough inspection of your vehicle. I recommend this business."

"This shop straight up lied to me about their assessment of my car. I brought it in because as soon as I would accelerate it would lose all power and start shaking. I had it towed to this shop and they told me they would call me with an assessment. I waited until almost 4 to call and check on it, and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. My husband and I went to pick it up an hour later, and they told us they had drove it around and there was nothing wrong and it wasn't pulling up any codes. So I got in and barely made it out of their parking lot before it lost power and started shaking again. I just barely pulled it back into their lot, and one of the guys took it to the back. After waiting a few minutes they came back in and got MY HUSBAND to take him and tell him what was wrong. I guess even though it's MY car they can't be bothered to help a woman, they have to talk to the man. Then they wanted to charge over $500 for the diagnostics and repairs and one part. We did our research and in the end we towed it out of their shop and fixed it ourselves in 30 minutes with an $80 part that has great reviews. Had I trusted them and drove onto the highway I could have had a serious accident. The car did the same thing when my husband drove it too. But they claim they drove it for 3 miles and never felt what I felt. Maybe since I'm a woman they didn't believe me, and just figured I didn't know what i was talking about. Who knows. But I'm never going to them for any other services. My car rarely had issues so I'm happy to pay trustworthy people for good work. I was going to still pay the $500+ for their repairs. But after being lied to and belittled I wasn't even happy to pay for the diagnostics."

"Went for free diagnostics and they never loojed at my vehicle. Took my word for my explanation of my problem and quoted very high prices for parts and labor even with their so-called coupons. Don't recommend them. Shop around or go to a dealer, they will use genuine parts, and if you shop online for genuine parts dealer will install for labor only. Meineke uses their own selections."
