"My car wasn’t turning on. I called them to see if they can come to be to give my engine a jump. A lady said they don’t normally do that but she still tried to work with me and help. She told me they will send someone within 20 min. The guy came earlier than that. He was very efficient and quick. At first he couldn’t figure it out cause my battery was in the trunk area. But he was patient and kind. And he got it working. I really liked my experience with them!"

"I made a total mistake by stopping here. I had never had services here and never will again. The person at the from desk could not explain what they would be doing to my car. He just kept saying they were going to charge up my AC but could not explain the process. Would not accept the coupon just for an AC check. They still chargers me a fee just to check it out even though the coupon said free. Then the price was outrageous, way more than even what the dealership was charging. Tried to get me to sign up for financing which I didn’t need for an outrageous price. Then my car started smoking when I left so they clearly did something that they didn’t know what they were doing because my car wasn’t doing this ever before since I’ve owned it and surly wasn’t smoking before I came in. Now I’m stuck still trying to get my car repaired with more damage than before. Totally frustrated!!!!!!!!!! This was at a 1960 location in Houston."

"They will LIE, CHEAT & STEAL. I asked for the original factory standard breaks 5 times. They assured me that the factory standard breaks would be put on my vehicle. As I got ready to pick up my car, I noticed that the technician took my replacement rotors out of an aftermarket box so I began to do a video recording of the work. I asked the technician about the aftermarket rotors and he said he was told to use the aftermarket rotors. I went back inside and asked the front desk about the factory rotors I wanted and he said that’s what’s being placed on the car. When I asked him why my video shows aftermarket rotors being placed on the car, he was embarrassed and caught red handed. After way too much back and forth, the best they could do was refund the money and take the rotors off my vehicle. I’m sure they’ll respond in a fake professional way to this review.
