"So I bought a Groupon for a standard oil change. The guy at the front refused to give me a standard oil change and wanted to upgrade me to a synthetic oil change because I have a hemi engine. So I declined and had to leave. I did some researching and my car does not require it (which I’ve had the car for years and nobody said anything). So I came back with the owners manual to show him my car does not require it and it’s not a “liability” for him. The funny thing is when I did come back 5 minutes later the original guy I spoke with disappeared and didn’t see him the whole time. (Probably hiding in the back) With this being said it wasted 45 minutes of me arguing for them to change my oil. I will never come back."
