Turned out to be the wrong bulb was changed and was able to have it fixed. I was so relieved and thankful. Thank you so much Miss Jordan."

"I was not impressed & will not be returning. I made an appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. I was very specific about what I wanted. When I asked what the estimated charges would be I was told they could not provide me with that over the phone as they would need to see my car first. This was my first red flag! Once I arrived at my appointment, they tried to up sell me on my oil change by $40! Then they refused to do the tire rotation, saying the tread on my tires was to low. The tires are less than 2 years old. They again tried to convince I needed a tire quote & could put new tires on right away. They also tried to sell me on some extensive & expensive engine repair that they considered necessary for the continued efficiency of my car. I was infuriated. I wish I had walked out at this point. I told the counter person I wanted my oil changed only. I'm not even sure if they put in the high mileage oil I requested as the invoice they gave me did not specify. I do not appreciate being treated like an "opportunity" to make money. I felt I was being treated as someone who doesn't have a brain or a clue as to my cars needs. I doubt the loss of one customer will have any impact. But you asked. I am not an inexperienced driver or a new car owner. I have taken very good care of my car with regular maintenance. When I request a service that is what I expect to receive. Perhaps if the counter person had been more respectful & had even taken the opportunity to LOOK AT ME instead of his computer screen, I might not have been so irritated. He was much more interested in selling than he was in providing good customer service. At any rate, to satisfy myself that I received the oil I requested, I took my car to another shop & had it changed again."

"I just moved to Las Vegas and my air conditioner wasn't working very well and I need an oil change. I looked up on Google close by places that do oil changes and Meineke came up. I call them the customer service women was super nice so, made an appointment. The women was very knowledgeable...when in they checked my vehicle she didn't advised me on what could be wrong with my air conditioning. I believe that they are an honest fair company...they will not cheat you...just because of how she explained everything & said she didn't think I needed more then a simple fix. This will be the place i will be taking my car going forward. Because they treat you like a person not just a client or customer. Thank you Meineke!!!"

"My experience was amazing! They explained what needed to be replaced and didnt hassle me to get everything done @ once. The price of the oil change was the cheapest I've paid for since moving to Vegas 3 years ago. My car had a synthetic blend and advised to go to full synthetic and was $30 cheaper than my normal place I go to. Technician was very personable as well. I highly recommend this location!"
