"The right oil I ordered was not put in my car the price I payed was 34 something I payed 25 something tires weren't rotated they owe me money."

"Terry Not sure what you mean by the right oil? Your car takes 5w30 weight synthetic blend oil and that's what we used. Your tires were not rotated because, as noted on your invoice you have tow bad tires on your car. You were charged 24.95 plus tax and shop supplies for a total of 27.76. That is our price for a basic oil change that does not include tire rotation. Our 34.95 oil change package includes tire rotation. Please give me a call at the shop if you have any questions. "Originally, things started out well. I was asked how did I come up with my repair list. Told him my wife got a courtesy check with specific recommendations. Appointment stated approx 5 hours and vehicle was finished within the time frame. I went to pick her up and was not told nor did I read about any issues.
However, by the time I reached 450, she was shaking and felt as if I was driving a manual about to kill. I decided to keep driving home hoping that the new fluids just needed to run their course. By the time I got home, they were closed and I used the app to send a message. Pete called me twice the next day. Just bring it back or have it towed, if not safe to drive or if I wasn't comfortable. I told him I wanted to drive it more to see if it would work itself out and if not, I would bring it in on Sat.
Well, the shakes didn't stop. Actually it got worse, as the remote start no longer works. So we, got up early Sat morning and dropped her off at or about btwn 0930 and 1000. Unfortunately Pete wasn't there so we explained the situation to Karen? (unsure of name).
Apparently, since I dropped it off, it wasn't a high priority, as my wife had to call to get an update at or about 1500. I FINALLY rec'd a call at 1533 to inform me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and that they close at 4! Why would you take so long to get her repaired considering she was dropped of before 1000. We were told that faulty or frayed wires were discovered during the initial repair, however they were not re-connected. More importantly, they were not annotated or discussed with me when I picked her up.
Fortunately, whatever the issue was, it was FINALLY repaired. Since the shaking started before I got to 450, I am surprised that the tech didn't notice it. I am surprised that an apparent issue wasn't brought to my attention when I picked up the vehicle. I am surprised it took so long, if the issue was diagnosed properly (w/o documentation) initially. This is a one and done deal. I won't be returning for any additional work on any of my vehicles."
