"I went in to have the A/C on my car checked. All they do for their free inspection is drive it into the garage and pop the hood on it, and look around the engine with a light. They then said I need to have the system evacuated, add die, and recharge the system. That's going to cost a convenient $200 right there, then to bring it back in a couple days to see if the system is leaking. This is their standard procedure without inspecting the A/C relay, checking the pressures on low pressure side or high pressure sides of the system, whether the compressor clutch is engaging, NOTHING. They literally told me they "looked" at it and now they need $200 to evacuate the system to "test" it for leaks. This is a money grab when they could easily test other parts of the system in no time without evacuating it to see if there is a problem elsewhere. If you are not familiar with cars and maintenance I would not bring your car here for anything other than basic services, tire change, oil change, or maybe brake pads. They will probably try to talk you into doing things that might not be necessary and cost way more than you were expecting to pay from the start. If you need an oil change, this place is probably fine, but if you need a mechanic, then just find a reputable mechanic shop and have the bigger stuff done by someone who's not corporately owned and only cares about the $$$."

I call up and the owner was amazing and said he would stay after 6:00 even though they closed at 6:00pm. I showed up after 6:00pm and he took care of me.
