"I showed up at 930am for a 10am appointment for an oil change. Didn’t get my car in until 1030 and no apology or anything, not one other customer arrived while I was there. Also, nobody was wearing masks, which I understand is their choice but they wouldn’t let me near the facility which I understand but then a worker proceeded to lean into my car and talk to me, inches from my face while I was leaving to explain the type of oil they put in my car. This was after they berated me for trying to read a sign on their front door. Why be jerks about social distancing if you’re being careless and not practicing social Distancing yourselves? Staff were rude, smoking cigarettes INSIDE the garage near my car . Also saw five of them group around my car and working carelessly on something which they did not mention or talk about but later saw the next day in my invoice about them not being responsible for any damage as they had to break something loose...why not mention to me while I was there...standing outside. "

"I have used this Pleasant Hill's Meineke for over10 years. After yesterday's experience I will not be returning there. The front gentleman and the gentleman who worked on my car were very nice. When it came time to pay they said it would be 60 some dollars. I told them I had a coupon from their website that was 2195 for the basic oil change. Mike the manager said they put synthetic oil in So it would be more. I said I did not ask for synthetic oil just a basic change. He told me they Only make synthetic oil now And told me to go to Walmart. Said I haven't been there for 15 months hello the pandemic. By the way I only paid $21.95+tax. I will be going somewhere where they respect a 69 year old lady and who don't try to take advantage of her."

"Great shop with a professional and friendly staff. I called the day of my appointment, they got me in for an oil change that day. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The dealership wouldn't make an appointment, told me that it would be "first come and first serve - I should expect at least an hour and a half..." Meineke actually acted like they wanted my business, and wanted me as a return customer. I will definitely use them in the future for all of my automotive needs."
"Got a flat tire with a pretty large hole. Took the tire here to see if they could patch it. Called back and said they couldn’t, but could have exact tire the next day, at a reasonable price including mounting and balancing (I shopped around before saying yes to replacing the tire). Would use them again."
