However, Philip, the owner, was very kind and took the time to explain to me what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, what could wait til a later date, and even showed me under the hood of my truck so I could see for myself what needed attention. "While the issue my truck was having was fixed, in a somewhat timely manner, the amount they charged me for labor was far too high. In fact, the charges for labor were astronomical. I paid more in labor, then I did for the actual parts that were needed for my truck!!! Service was great, however, and the employees were friendly, which was a welcome experience."

"I had my Toyota Sienna LE minivan there ( Meineke Car Care Center at 630 Katy Ft Bend South, Suite 400, Katy, TX 77494) to replace the Front Wheel ABS Sensor and Rear Hub Assembly) last Saturday (10/12/2019). They promised that the ABS warning light and brake light will be off after they finished the work. But after they replaced the ABS sensor and rear hub assembly, both ABS light and brake light were still on. They told me that they thought the wiring may have problem. But they charged the parts and labor fee anyway. This is not professional work, and they should refund my money because they didn't fix the problem. I only can give them zero rating. Don't use this place to repair your car."

"Great service! I made an appointment for 9:30 for an inspection and came to drop off my vehicle at 8:00. Instead of dropping off the vehicle they pulled in my vehicle and did the inspection so I could be on my way. Thanks for the great service."
