"Called at 8:00 am. Explained our travel plans and they told me to bring it over. Wouldn’t start so I had to have our motor home towed to there shop. Had it there by 11:30. They called me at 12:20 with their diagnosis and were given the go ahead to fix it. Called me back at 2:50 and it was fixed. Our travel plans are back on track. Would highly recommend these guys for their professionalism in their work, fair pricing and great people to do business with. Thank you for the great job done."

"I can't say enough great things about these guys I've been doing business with Gary and his team of professional knowledgeable technicians for more years than I can remember (20 +yrs ) the shop is clean well maintained & equipped with the latest technology. having an automotive background myself when I was a youngr lad working in the industry from BMW to Detroit diesels and most anything in between I can't say enough about the knowledge this team possesses if I were ever told I had a repair that is dealer recommended I wouldn't hesitate to contact Gary first to find out if he and his team are capable and equipped to handle the task as I definitely trust this team more than any dealership (remember I worked for dealerships ) also after being ripped off by shady smog shops in this town (thank you California) I trust no one doing my smogs except for these trustworthy guys I have refered countless people to Gary's awesome team and all have become faithful customers telling me their experiences were like none they'd ever experienced with any other shop I currently own 5 vehicles and what I don't maintain myself these guys do plus all 5 cars are rolling on tires bought and maintained by this staff as well as alignments which is a huge plus being able to have my vehicles and tires maintained at one location I'll end this review now since I've already said I can't say enough about this awesome group of technicians"

"I called McWilliams and Walden Inc to get an oil change. They took my car in when I was available. At entry, I was greeted by the wonderful staff. Dakotah was very instrumental in servicing my vehicle. I’ve gone to other car service companies and neither one of them had the brand of oil my car needed. McWilliams and Walden Inc had my oil in stock and as a matter of fact, my oil change was a lot cheaper than where I usually take my car for service. The mechanics did a full spectrum of my car and found different problems that needed attention. Rotors needed servicing and two tires needed replacing. I was more than happy to return toMcWilliams and Walden Inc. They now have a new customer. I will soon be taking my husbands vehicle to be serviced. Thank you Dakota for your service."

"Best most honest mechanic shop in town. About the only shop in town that won't fix things that u don't ask them to without calling you first, resulting in costing you arm-and-a leg extra that you might not have. This is the only place I will ever bring my cars to. Usually very fast turn around too!"
