"I don’t know what happened this time, but it was unlike the first time. The first time they got me right in and out of the shop. I even scheduled to be seen a week prior to being seen, so you would’ve thought that this place had all the things they needed for a simple oil change. I’m clueless, because , I overheard the owner just ordering the oil on the phone. That, which in turn, make me have to catch two Uber cars, for I was running late having to wait for just the oil to get back to the shop. That made me spend more money. I don’t get it! The owner is a really nice man too, but they just dropped the ball on this one . I’m not trying to totally bash this place , cause I’d like to think they just wasn’t organized or with it this time. Hopefully next time I’ll have a better experience."
