"I parked in your lot. No signs visible that said no parking cars will be towed. I came back to my car being put on the tow truck. Put out a sign at least. Was it a profitable day? The guys in the shop said the owner was watching on camera. Watching people park walking away and then towing them. Did you have a nice day?"

"Towed a friends car and we went to pick it up on Monday morning at 7:30. No one was there to pick up the car from. The shop was closed and when I called they said no one was available until 9. It is a Monday morning, people need to get to work. There can not be a tow shop that is not available for people to pick up their vehicles. My friend had to wait in the freezing cold for an hour and half to pick up his car."
