"Quote you a low price. Get all the way over there, have to wait outside for somebody to get there to let you in. They tell you there going to get started. Have you wait a long time then they come back with a higher price. What a waste of time!"

"Although the owner seemed nice and friendly, M Power Motorhouse did not have the parts on hand to service my car. It clearly stated on my request that I needed my splash shield replaced not diagnosed! Then I was told that the part has to be ordered and will arrive in 2 weeks. The owner had the audacity to say I could return when it arrives and the charge will be $257 when Obenbay only charged me $98!!! That is clearly deceptive and dishonest! Also the entire waiting room and restroom was filthy and disgusting and all of the employees there are weird and unfriendly, they just stare at you without speaking."

"Brought my daughter's corolla to the shop to check the faint noise I thought I heard. They spent more than 30 minutes and even let me drive the vehicle to check where the noise was coming from. It turned out my front brakes needed replacing including the rotors.
Miguel and his crew are very courteous, spends the time to explain to you everything. Now, they are working on my old 2006 Mercedes E350."
