"This is my first time here at Liberty Tire Pros. I was referred by a friend. It was truly a blessing because I am new to the area and was getting taken advantage of with my vehicle. Oh my goodness the business is family friendly and I love the way they treat you with kindness and respect. The mechanics are excellent and professional giving you the best peace of mind when it comes to finding out what is wrong with your vehicle. The diagnostic that was performed was done which covered a wide range and perform on my vehicle took care of my problem. The service to repair my vehicle was done in timely matter and there were no holding my vehicle for days. They even have a free shuttle along with their service. Awesome because it was so convenient and the driver (Dad). was very pleasant and nice . He is very professional and kind too. I am telling you I have been to two other Auto Shop here in Hinesville and this one is the best. They care about people and their well being. The staff (Mom) and receptionist are very professional and helpful. They handle your paperwork and explain everything again to you before and after the mechanic. "I brought my car in for an alignment. I was given that price and was also informed that they would check out the suspension system for any problems before any alignment work began. This would cost $25 if any issues were found and I decided not to have the work done that day.. I was later informed that some parts needed to be replaced and their prices. The alignment could no be performed due to the parts not being in stock. This was beyond what the Honda stealership did last year. They(Honda) proceeded to perform an alignment but didn't bother to tell me that there were worn parts. The car steered worse than before I had taken it in. At Liberty Tire Pros they took the time to examine and inform me of all issues before performing the work. I appreciate that and will have them perform the work at a later time. Honesty is good. "Really, really professional shop. Alison was a huge help. She is also very kind. Was a bit nervous about taking our newish Subaru anywhere other than the Subaru dealer but I have to say, the Technicians that work there are extremely thorough and neat/clean. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who is as picky as I am."

They will always check with you and really talk though their prosses to help you understand what needs to get done. Great shop!!"

"The staff is very friendly and very accommodating! They were willing to drive me to walmart and pick me back up (I had friends able to though). They are very reasonably priced and if I had questions they explained what it was I didn't know. I highly recommend this place."
