"I purchased 4 new tires for my wife’s ‘14 Jeep. I was helped by an amazing staff that kept me informed the entire process. I chose them over the competition because all the extras that are included with the basic service. Special thanks to William, Cali, Angel, Mathew, and all the techs that worked with me and on my vehicle. Thanks to their professionalism and stellar work I will have all my services done here! 10/10 will be back!!!"

"Typically, every time I go to get air put in my tire's, The men in service are usually very nice and professional ,but today my experience was less than pleasant. I arrived at eight a.m and I got checked in for a tire patch. They told me it would take 30 to 45 minutes. My car was sitting for approximately 25 minutes after completed. I left at 0940 ,so I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes for a patch on my tire when I was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes . No one said anything to me About the job being Completed . When I went up to the front counter, the girl gave me a whole lot of attitude. She barely wanted to interact. I told her if she was too busy that I could just speak with the guy I had dealt with previously she informed me that he was gone and what did I need… I told her my vehicle had been sitting out there for a long time and was there anything else being done to it or was it gonna be ready for me to go? She walks over to this wire basket and the ticket for my vehicle and my keys are in there, indicating that it had been finished and completed. She had such attitude. I’m a military service member, I feel like she could’ve been a little bit more pleasant to deal with. I had done nothing to this woman, and this was my first interaction with her. Then I go to my vehicle and my front seat is covered with dirt and sand. My dad is a mechanic and I know that anytime you service a vehicle, You always put plastic wrap on the seat and you make sure that you leave the customer’s vehicle the way it came to you.I asked one of the service guys for a wipe to just wipe my own seat, he comes out to my vehicle, proceeds to take his hand and dust it off and says that should be OK. I’m not sure what this whole interaction was about and why I was treated this way ,but if I’m spending money, I don’t understand why I’m not entitled to a certain type of service. I am very disappointed to say the least, I will not ever be returning to this business. I also wanna say I barely leave reviews. It has to be incredible service or the worst experience so for me to take my time out to place this review means that I was truly impacted by the service."

"They broke the hood latch on the car then tried to charge $279 just to open the hood. I just had to hood open right before I took it in so I know the hood latch wasn’t broken before dropping it off. We decided to just pickup the car and not give them more money for something they broke"

"Absolutely the best shop in town. We have purchase a few sets of tires from this establishment as a whole family with no issues and great rates. I was gifted a set of tires for my father’s vehicle whom was a veteran and passed away on Veterans Day this past year. Before my father’s passing he had intentions of replacing his tires just hadn’t had the opportunity to before his fast decline and departure. Due to his passing it was very important to me to maintain and fulfill my dad’s “todo” list. A very wholesome act that I will always be grateful for. 110/10"
