"I took my car to Lex Brodie's to trace and fix an oil leak. Well, the trace took longer than expected so they provided a rental car and told me they would call when the leak was diagnosed. Once the leak was located, I had them fix it as their quote was fair. Yeah! Unfortunately they had an accident with my key/fob, apologized profusely, and said they would replace it. They told me to hold onto the rental for another day while they replaced the key/fob. The following day I was able to pick my car up! It's refreshing to have a mechanic with integrity, they immediately owned up to their mistake and made it right. I think I Lex Brodie's has a new customer moving forward!!! Multiple employees helped me, I didn't write down all of their names, all were personable/professional. Thank you!!!"
