I felt even better about my car being worked on here when I saw there technicians ASE professional certications. Great shop with knowledgeable Technicians. Accurate repair. "I was really impressed by the way I was treated at this shop from the moment I walked in, to the moment I paid, to the moment I left. Dane, the store manager, was so helpful and very attentive to my worries and concerns. I know nothing about cars, and he listened patiently to all my questions. When I was done, he answered all my inquiries point by point, and explained to me in a way that I could understand. He didn't "man explain" to me. He was very kind and wasn't annoyed with me at all (at least that is how he made me feel). While my vehicle was being serviced, he checked up on me a couple of times just to make sure I'm doing okay and offered updates. That was a special touch since I didn't know how the car repair process takes place. Before I even thought of paying, he made sure to tell me the anticipated cost and made sure I agreed to the price. Another plus, because being a single mom is a struggle in itself! After my vehicle was done, the mechanic and Dane came up to me and both told me of their findings with my car and suggested to come back at another time when I have more time to further discuss maintenance on my vehicle. When I paid, I was more than happy to pay the anticipated cost that Dane and I had discussed, but it came out to be less expensive than I realized. All in all, I want to personally thank Dane for his hard work, his attentiveness, and his kindness. Thank you!!"

"WOW...I was referred to this Automotive shop by a friend of mine. The one I went to is located at W Slaughter Ln. & Manchaca Rd. I went in last month to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. One of the technicians noticed that I was in need of some tires. At that time I couldn't afford them and left there feeling very worried & concerned about my safety & that of my grandchildren. Fast forward a week. Dane gave me a call letting me know of their big tire sale...buy 3 get 1 free. I was then able to come up with the money. I just really appreciate people caring for other people and being aware of how much it cost to live these days. I'm a 59 year old retired grandmother of five on a limited budget so I really appreciate the guys at Lambs keeping me aware of their specials. I will be telling all my friends and family. "This is the location to visit! The manager (Dane) took time to listen to my concerns and we even test drove my vehicle so he could hear what I was hearing. They were able to help me even on a busy Saturday afternoon. I was really impressed by how quick I was able to get in and out especially being the weekend. I highly recommend Lamb's and make sure to ask for Dane!"
