"I went to this place to have the state inspection done for my car. I have already been to other kwik car locations for state inspection previous years and their service is very good. The wait time is very less and service was quick as their name suggests. The charge for the inspection is around 25$. The staffs working their kind and very professional. Definitely recommend this place for state inspection and service"

"I called before heading to get an oil change and was specifically told that I didn’t need an appointment, despite what Groupon stated, after purchasing an oil change. I arrived at 3:50pm, and there were no cars ahead of me and the service person yelled out something as he was going inside the main door. My windows were up, so I drove up to another tech, as he stated we are closed. I asked what time they closed and he said 4, but it was clearly 10 mins til close. As I looked at the clock, I asked if I could set up an appointment to ensure I was serviced next time and he just stated come in morning. Normally, a tech walks up to your vehicle, greets you and tries to gain an understanding of your needs, but neither of the mechanics on duty, did that at all. Now, I understand you’re trying to go, but clearly the hours stated that they closed at 4:00 pm but they refused to service me, properly schedule me, greet me and make me want to come back to this organization. I am greatly disappointed in the mechanics customer service and definitely will be getting my monies back. The lack of professionalism made me uneasy and I will not being going back to this location."
