"This place is amazing! Great staff and great service. I came from out of town to get my oil changed and truck looked at to make sure a safe trip back home with my babies. Chris took exceptional care of my truck, even replaced my headlights to make sure I would see perfectly at night when on the road. They didn't do anything on my truck without explaining why it needed to be done and the reasonable cost. Chris was amazing, he even took the time to make sure the kids got safely back in the truck, buckled in and all. I love to see staff go above and beyond. I recommend this place!"
"I left 1 star here until the problem is solved. I came to the location last week to do an oil change and repair my car parts. I have been a customer at this location for a few years and so far so good. The customer service was quick and everyone was very polite. However last weekend when I came home and checked my invoice I realized that they charged the wrong amount in my account which was way more than what it was supposed to be. Called back to the location and the accountant said that the ticket went in so they could only refund me with cash. She offered to give me the difference whenever I came back. However I dropped by twice since last time and nobody could help me because neither the accountant nor the manager was there. So I decided to give them the last opportunity and will swing by again on my way to work to see if this problem is solved. It’s ridiculous because I have to spend all this time going back-and-forth when I didn’t make the mistake. If I still can’t get it fixed I’ll have to call my bank and file a fraud report, but hopefully I don’t have to do that. This should be handled more professionally by the manager before I have to take it more seriously. Edit: After I posted the review the location contacted me right away and worked out a solution. They even had an employee come over to my place to give me the envelope and I appreciate it. Thanks for working hard and I'll continue to use the services."
"My car battery needed to be replaced but I did suspect it was the alternator too. After checking the new battery Joseph came and explained my alternator would be going out soon. He said you don’t have to get it replaced today just be careful and not to drive with radio, headlights or air conditioner/heater until it was replaced. I couldn’t help I broke down in tears. I work every night until 9:00 I told him that would be no problem because my radio and air conditioner hadn’t worked in two years because my touch screen went out and I didn’t have the $1500 to get it fixed. My daughter text me right at that moment and I told her. Between the two of us and two credit cards I could get the alternator fixed as well. My car was fixed and I left. As I was driving down the highway I realized my touch screen was working ! The tears just poured then. This is the only place I will EVER take my car. God bless the employees at North Belt Line in Irving."
