"I was in Knoxville for work, my truck (F350) started giving low fuel pressure warning. I called Knoxville Speed and Diesel, told them I was out of town and having issues, they told me to bring it on in. I dropped the truck off at 8:30, by 10:30 they called me with what the issue is and my options for repair. I also had other things in need that I already knew about which they pointed out and gave me prices for everything. So they jumped right on my truck, took care of everything I wanted them to accomplish ! The list was quite extensive, but there was no pressure and I didn't feel like they were trying to up sale me anything, just taking care of my truck. Which I greatly appreciate. I normally do my own work, this is the first time my truck or me have been to any diesel performance shop, and I have to say the experience was awesome !! Mike is full of knowledge, and even though he was obviously busy, he took time to speak to me each of the three times I stopped by, as well as a few other customers that stopped in to check on their rides. It seemed like everyone was treated like they were the only customer, which is really nice. I will definitely be back for anything my truck needs, I am 2 hours away but quality work and great customer service is worth the drive. Awesome group of guys, excellent quality of work performed. Even received a phone call just before they closed to check on my truck and making sure everything was good and I was happy ! I'm not familiar with other shops, but Knox speed and Diesel has to be the best !!"

"Excellent service, highly recommended. Vehicle was due for major lengthy service on the entire cooling, HVAC, and electronics. They provided me with a loaner at no cost or hassle, they kept me informed of estimate cost changes all along the way. Technicians are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I was treated with absolute respect, any time I had a question they picked up the phone and answered. I was also allowed to view my car while it was being repaired / refurbished on the lift. All of my vehicles will be going to this shop from here on out. Simply put outstanding service and would recommend to anyone."

"Don't let the name fool you, these guys do more than just work on diesels! I first stumbled upon Knox Speed and Diesel while looking for a shop to help me to some work to my Mustang. I called in and had the pleasure of speaking with Logan who went literally above and beyond to answer every singe one of my questions and concerns about everything. Super friendly guy. I was shocked when they were able to schedule me in to get all the work done so quickly, and even more shocked when I found out they even offer loaner vehicles for those people who are needing more extensive work done to their vehicles. Meeting them in person was just as it was on the phone. Super friendly, and very caring. I dropped my car off to them, and even when additional issues arose with the install (which generally always does when you're dealing with aftermarket parts, so it wasn't unexpected), Logan called and kept me in the loop each step of the way. Once everything was completed and ready to be picked up, they were even kind enough to let me take a peak at the underneath of the car and examine all the work they had done. Work looked great! Car sounded great! I was so pleased with them as a company as well as how helpful, polite, and caring they were that I've already scheduled up another appointment with them to get some additional work done, and I'll be back for all my future needs as well! Do yourself a favor and stop in to see these guys before anyone else. It's been a long, long time since I've found a shop who truly car about you as a customer as well as your car, and these guys do. I unfortunately didn't get the name of the gentleman who actually performed all the work on my vehicle, but he definitely did a great job. Thanks guys!"
