"Updated (12/15/2020) I went again to get a degrease done on my Honda as there was some oil spill on my engine. After I got my service done I had some other issues that Kerry’s thankfully helped me on and they did such a fantastic job that my car continues to run astoundingly! I can not recommend these people enough!!!! Great service and a great customer experience 👍🏽 From (3/18/2020) - I went in for an oil change but appreciated the feedback from John as I got preventative maintenance done on my Honda and meanwhile certain prices seemed out of my price range they were able to price match with other vendors in the area for my spark plugs and even give me a student discount. The honest service here keeps me coming back, there’s no feeling of being sold on unnecessary maintenance as there is always a reason they point out an issue to you. At the end of the day you decide what you want done. The shuttle service for people with just one car is also a bonus. Honestly it’s hard to come by auto shops that don’t want to rip people off, so Kerry’s is a definite go-to. This has been my experience so far and I’ll keep going for my oil changes as they do a wonderful and reliable job."

"Wanted to love this place at first, but now will never come back. Very friendly people. Had a car in for an oil change and they recommended a major repair; I called to confirm the quote and work before scheduling it to come back in, and they did confirm. Then, dropped it off and 5 hours later was told it would be twice the price! Didn't want them to proceed. Came in to pick it up and was told they made a mistake and tried to quote me again with discounted labor but told me they had the wrong parts. Said they would honor the labor quote. They did not. Told me they would only do a portion of the repair originally quoted for a much higher price. Friendly people don't cover up for a lack of competence or integrity to honor their word. How can a auto repair company making a substantial repair recommendation NOT be able to quote things correctly multiple times, even when I tried to confirm? I don't have any confidence in their recommendations. And while mistakes happen, they didn't have the integrity to stand behind their offer when they acknowledged the mistake. I won't be back. I will email you my customer information so you can review."

"Completely unprofessional Called to have my car towed for repair on my fuel pump the service person David said he would call me when the car arrived from the get go he never called or returned my calls then I asked for a manager Bobby never called or returned my call the repairs took more than 7 days they continually lied to me the price was twice the cost of the estimates I was given! I have never been treated with more disrespect in my life after spending 1300.00$ on a repair that books out at half the price at 3 other repair shops. I know where not to ever go to get my cars repaired! I DO NOT recommend Kerry's no care to anyone!"

"Great customer service! Have been taking my 4Runner to the dealership for oil changes since I got it but got annoyed paying $80 plus for an oil change. Kerry’s Car is much more reasonable on prices and definitely faster then a dealership! Loved the service will be going back for oil changes from now on."
