Ken is Factory Trained and Master Certified in Mercedes Benz Repair and Diagnosis. After many years working at both BMW and Mercedes Benz Dealerships in addition to Independent Repair Shops, he is now proud to open K&W German Motors of Encino. "I bought a gently used 1997 MB C230 which needed a bit of work. I went to K&W based on Yelp reviews. First was my AC fans stopped blowing all of a sudden (during the heatwave this summer), Ken fixed that. A few days later the AC stopped blowing cold air, Ken replenished the freon... BOOM back to normal. Also the car had a stripped window crank so the drivers window wouldn't go up nor down without assistance, Ken fixed that too. Lastly, the trunk would not stay open without a stick I used, Ken rehooked the springs and now it opens and closes easily. All this over a week time period. But major kudos to Ken because a part did not come when promised so I have to extend my car rental another day and Ken covered the cost. WOW...that was extremely appreciated. Good guy Ken there will take good care of you and your vehicle. DM"
