Joe and Shannon Cardinale opened Joe's Automotive Repair in January 2005. They have been married for over 17 years and they have three beautiful daughters, Ali, Izzy and Josie. Joe & Shannon both grew up in Bellingham. Joe graduated from Sehome High School in 1983 and Shannon graduated from Bellingham high school in 1987. Joe attended Bellingham Technical College for two years and earned a degree in Automotive Repair. He got his first job in the automotive industry in 1985 as an entry-level automotive technician. Since that time with hard work and constant training he is now an ASA Master Technician. Joe's Automotive Repair has built a solid reputation one customer at a time. Each customer is important and we listen to what the needs are for their vehicles. We provide diagnosis with a written estimate so the customer can make an informed decision about the repairs for their cars. Joe's Automotive repair can provide everything from your routine Lube, Oil & Filter to complete engine or transmission replacement. Joe's Automotive is very much a family oriented business. At any time you can go down to the shop and one of the Cardinale girls may be there to greet you. They treat their employees and their customers as they are part of one big happy family as well. This is why their mission statement is "repairing your vehicles like our children are riding them." We can provide a ride for the customer when they drop off their car or to assist them in picking the car up. (Shuttle Service). Work, home, drop off at the mall, and even the Bellingham Airport. We have 2 employees Lance who is our Service Writer. We could not make it without him. It is usually Lance or Joe that answers the phone, greets customers, writes the service orders etc. Ryan is our Incredible ASE Certified Technician. He is amazing and has experience on all foreign & domestic cars. Joe is also ASE Master Certified. They have over 30 years of experience, knowledge & ability to diagnose and repair customers vehicles. Joe's Automotive Repair provides the best warranty in the business with a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty on all repairs.
