"Only needed a cabin filter replacement. I was able to get a quick appointment and wait timeframe after arrival was minimal. However, the check out time was quite lengthy. Additionally, they claimed to have change the air filter as well, which drove up my price. It wasn't on my appointment, which means they took it upon themselves. I didn't expect to pay more than originally agreed upon, regardless of the amount."

"Be careful of this place. I believe all the positive ratings were given by the owner and probably by his friends. I paid online through openbay for an full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and full inspection. They tried to hassle me by using the semi-synthetic instead. I showed them what I paid for through openbay vendor receipt, and they agreed. I still doubt they used the full-synthetic since I couldn’t see what they did in the back. They didn’t even bother to put a oil change sticker reminder on the windshield. They didn’t do the car inspection as promised on the prepaid bill. They even added extra charge stating that it’s tax, which was absolutely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor,,,runaway from this scammers!"

"I was there for 2 and a half hours because Management tried to force me to pay $85 for a Full Synthetic oil change when Openbay only charged me $45 for a Full Synthetic oil change. If it wasn't for Jay, the mechanic, I may not have never received my oil change at Openbay's price."

"I m actually not into giving a negative review much but this rating based on my experience based on a mechanical team not administrators. After I finished oil changing and checking other service ( I believe?) . I was recommended to replace an alternator as my requested them to check why my battery light sign was on. I brought my car later twice times as being told that they had to place an order of the new alternator which had not been arrived at the first date appointment. Later on finishing the alternator replacement, I took my car back and tried to drive. Unluckily, my car still showing the sign again, but this time having an engine light service sign showing on the dashboard plus the previous light problem which have never been fixed but they told me to bring it to the Ford auto repair instead. I brought my car there because I believe that they were a trusted auto pair company of the application I work for. That was the reason why I decided to do extra fixing with my car. Anyway , there is no accommodation area or a guest living room for any guests to be seated or rested up why waiting for their vehicles. I understand there is a COVID -19 viruses spreading concern , but this just made me speechless. "

"Great: When they learned what I had been quoted through their Openbay bid was much higher than what they actually charge for that service, not only did they inform me; they contacted Openbay directly to get me the lower rate. As many of their reviews indicate, the staff are friendly and honest. Not so great: At least for this service, there seems to be an error in how they bid on Openbay. Their property is also pretty run-down."

"My second visit to Jindal-Andre and once again a happy customer. This time I brought in my wifes car. Replaced brake pads, brake fluid flush, and oil change. All done on time and right the first time. Pricing was very fair and we took the car on a week long trip directly from the shop! These folks are my Washington go-to auto shop! As a military member often moving from state to state its often difficult to find a trusted auto shop..... These folks have earned my business and will keep it!"

Fixes are completed quickly, the price is fair, and the staff (especially Phil!) is friendly and helpful. They don't try to pressure any additional services. It's been so hard to find a quality service center in DC that isn't outrageous, but this is it!"
